Every state has different laws when it comes to giving out personal information. We have provided a few links to help you gather more information about your potential tenant. It is recommended that you get a full credit check and use one of the paid screening services that are available. We have found that although it may cost you a little bit more up front, it is always better to be safe than sorry. Having to deal with a problem tenant is not only extremely expensive, but not to good for the health either.
