Electric Checks offers a web interface that allows a small businesses and landlords to bill, collect and manage customer payments  and tenant payments made by paper check without the check.

• Recurring Billing-Set up an automated recurring payment schedule (weekly/monthly/quarterly) so that your customers will pay you by electronic debit/credit without having to remember.  Notify the customer that payment has been collected, automatically by e-mail. 
• Email Invoicing-Use your email to invoice your customer.  Check out our website to see a sample of an e-mail invoice that would be sent to your customers.
• Telephone/Email/Fax/Web Payments-Accept a check over the phone/fax/email/web, enter the check data into the web interface, press a button, debit/credit  occur.
• Check Conversion-convert a paper check to an electronic check through the web interface using the Automated Clearing House.
• Online Payment-Customize an online payment form--even without a website.  Your customer can purchase from a shopping cart.  Online forms are easy to set up without technology experience.
• Auto-Email Receipts-Send email receipts for each payment you process.  Notify your customers of upcoming schedules payments.
• Credit Card Processing-You may accept check only, credit card only or check and credit card payments.
