Operating in the Olneyville Square section of Providence the store has been providing hardware, paint, plumbing, electrical and seasonal supplies to the community since the 1940's. Previously known as Community Hardware we changed the name with the retirement of the former owners in August of 2003. Since then the store has undergone a revitalization in keeping with the exciting changes in the Olneyville Neighborhood. A new store front and the addition of several new departments makes us your destination in the city for residents and commercial customers alike. With ample free parking in the rear of the building we can provide quick and efficient service for all your repair, household and small projects needs.

Hardware on the Square is a traditional hardware store wiith over 20,000 in stock items and access to our CoOp's Distribution system with some 70,000 products. Since we are a True Value Member we can also order direct from manufacturers and local distributers.
