Rentprov.com the website was founded in 2004. We are a family owned and operated business that started out as a local apartment rental company based in Providence, Rhode Island. We were frustrated with our advertising options and decided to build our own website that was specifically designed for rentals of all kinds dedicated to the needs of our local market. Our goal is to provide people in our community with the best rental site anywhere in the country! In 2007 we sold our rental office which is now located on Atwells Ave. in Providence, under different management, to focus on making the site the best we could. We still run the website and in 2009 we opened Lenox Property Management because we are still passionate about real estate. We hope you enjoy Rentprov.com: it has taken years of hard work.
Rentprov.com is free for any individual owner or realtor to advertise properties anywhere in Rhode Island or Southeastern Massachusetts, unless you are advertising an apartment complex. We classify an apartment complex as 20 or more units on one location under the same management. If you are an apartment complex or anyone else who would like to advertise with us and would like additional information please feel free to contact us any time. Unlike other sites, Rentprov.com caters to being the best LOCAL resource with a focus on providing relevant information about the communities that we serve. We have also provided tons of helpful information, free documents and links to some of our favorite sites which we hope will help you find a great tenant or place to call home.
